Service Contracts

Service Contracts have several advantages.

  • Financially, a fixed monthly price ensures the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of your technology requirements can be budgeted and the costs controlled without any nasty surprises.
  • Operationally, the service delivery is scheduled and the routine maintenance tasks are completed regularly ensuring a more reliable infrastructure.

Generally, two engineers are allocated to a site, one as the Site Engineer and the second as a backup for when the site engineer is not available. This enables the client to build a strong working relationship with the engineers rather than have a steady stream of different personnel through their organisation and the learning curve that accompanies this. The engineers get to know the site/staff well and local site knowledge is not restricted to one person.
