The education sector has very different requirements from the commercial sector and we know these intimately. The differences include network loadings, QoS for multimedia content, considerably different expectations around support, varied timetables and calendars specialised software and MOE licensing agreements, different hardware and software pricing structures and varied user skill levels.

We manage the infrastructure for schools ranging from small rural schools through to large colleges. With our experience and understanding of the education system we are able to assist with solutions that some other IT providers are not aware of. With the structure, procedures and transparent systems in place, no school is too small or too big for us to assist and manage. Our remote support infrastructure is particularly helpful for very remote schools.

We have assisted many schools in stabilising their infrastructure, managing the asset lifecycle and improving efficiency while reducing the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). As a service and consulting provider, we do not sell hardware or software, so the advice we provide is unbiased.

We work closely with the school management and board members in providing strategic planning, asset management and resolving budgeting issues. We provide constructive advice and are usually able to offer several alternate suggestions to cater for different scenarios.

Our staff are all police vetted and required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to engagement.
