Ideally we would not sell any software or hardware, rather, we prefer to work with you to specify a solution and help you procure the solution directly at the best rates possible. This enables us to engineer impartially without bias to any particular vendors - giving you the best solution for your requirement. Sometimes this approach is not workable, if this is the case we will supply solutions ourselves when prudent. However, as much as possible we try to work in a manner that is 'vendor independent'. In this way, because our income is not dependant on the quantity of hardware we specify, we work with your best interest in mind. Site Auditing is conducted with the same impartial approach.
Some solutions, namely VoIP and Mangaged Wireless, are offered as HaaS (Hardware as a Service). This is a recent inovation in IT business models that enables us to provide a solution to you at a fixed price per month. All hardware, support, warantees, monitoring, software, licensing and replacements are included in the fixed outgoing which is CapEx rather then OpEx.
