The employment policies at passionIT are non discriminatory and the staff are selected on their abilities as well as their personality and integrity. The well being of the staff is important as this improves the overall productivity and client – staff interaction experience. We have workload monitoring which enables us to ensure the engineers are not overloaded and that the support to our clients is maintained at a high level. passionIT regularly hold fun teambuilding and social events for all staff and families.
Our engineers are in a continuous improvement program which encourages them (with financial incentives) to complete a minimum of two papers per year. This improves the individual’s confidence and provides our clients with engineers experienced in the latest technologies. For the security of our clients all staff are police vetted and sign a confidentiality agreement prior to engagement.
