Our Internal System

We realised the advantages that VoIP offered a long time ago and installed a system internally to cater for our own requirements.
All communications in and out of our offices are routed via internet or mobile. In fact, we no longer utilise traditional phone lines. We also have site engineers located in various parts of the country that communicate via VoIP. This reduces our telephony costs by a factor of 10 when compared with traditional telephony. The engineers manning our Support Desk do not have to be in the same office, or even the same city, yet they are all available through a single number.
